Mooncakes

Suddenly I had a craving for mooncakes. The snowskin ones. I have not taken the traditional mooncakes for a long time as I find them too dry. The snowskins ones are much better.

Need to go mooncake shopping. Saw that Li Bai had got a new type of mooncake for this year. SnowskinWhite Truffle with White Lotus Seed Paste. Sounds yummy... white truffle... have to go and get some to try it out.
